While each filming session looks a little different, a pre-filming warm-up routine is absolutely essential to help me get in the right mindset and protect my body. From dynamic mobility exercises to diaphragmatic breathing, these steps help me feel energized and focused before I hit record, especially for medium to hard workouts.
