All Flags on the Moon Are Now Completely White But Why

On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong stepped onto the lunar soil, saying, "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind." Since the Moon doesn't have any wind or rain, the footprints should still be relatively untouched. NASA put in a lot of effort to make sure these footprints stay protected, as well as the location of the initial Moon landing. There are many flags on the surface of the Moon, too. But the flags left there are most likely discolored now because of the exposure to strong solar radiation. #brightside Credit: Charles Moss Duke Jr: By NASA, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=1591239 Animation is created by Bright Side. —————————————————————————————- Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com Check our Bright Side podcast on Spotify and leave a positive review! https://open.spotify.com/show/0hUkPxD34jRLrMrJux4VxV Subscribe to Bright Side: https://goo.gl/rQTJZz —————————————————————————————- Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brightside Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/brightside.official TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@brightside.official?lang=en Stock materials (photos, footages and other): https://www.depositphotos.com https://www.shutterstock.com https://www.eastnews.ru —————————————————————————————- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.brightside.me
