What will happen if you don't eat salt for a month? You know how they say salt is bad for you? Yeah, I’ve heard that a lot. So I’ve decided to take it to another level and do an experiment with myself as a subject: I’ll spend a month without a single grain of salt entering my body. Let’s see what happens, shall we? So, I’m going to cut on salt as much as I can. I’ll reduce my sodium intake to the possible minimum. First of all, I’m throwing away all salt I have in my apartment not to get tempted. Secondly, there goes all pastry and processed food. I guess everything that’s left for me are some fruit and veggies along with occasional chicken.
