They are super fast, super smart, can defeat pretty much anyone, and only exist in movies and literature. Well, not really – ninjas are among us, at least one of them. Jinichi Kawakami, a 73-year-old engineer, is probably Japan’s last true ninja grandmaster. He's not the only person in the world who is the last of his kind. Let's travel the globe to meet the people who create the last handwritten newspaper in the world, still produce scissors by hand, and do other unique things. #brightside Credit: Ninja MUSEUM: By z tanuki, CC BY 3.0: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=57140424 CC BY 2.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0: ninja costume: By Jeremy Hall – https://flic.kr/p/auQAh, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=97166971 Horse-Drawn Trams: By A.Davey – https://flic.kr/p/8JMdAB, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=61287792 KJU267E: By MANHATTAN RESEARCH INC, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=30785395 PS Waverley: By Barry Skeates – https://flic.kr/p/dcNKwe, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=22572906 CC BY-SA 3.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/: By Peter Bellerby: Globe Range: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=34207167 Product range: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=34298279 Globe colouring: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=34298116 Bellerby & Co: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=34207157 Series globe: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=32925899 Solingen: By Bundesarchiv, B 145 Bild-F017637-0004 / Steiner, Egon, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=5452360 sea silk: By John Hill, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=4538650 Handschuh: By Bin im Garten, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=14578178 Conveyor belt: By FORTEPAN/UVATERV, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=50927916 CC BY-SA 4.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0: Bellerby: By Bellerby and Co, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=48099728 Peter Bellerby: By LeonardoFrigo, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=44896691 Silk: By OmarBayramov, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=75404293 Mobile Cinema: By Vauxford, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=68872382 Cinemobile: By C.Suthorn / cc-by-sa-4.0 / commons.wikimedia.org, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=65222632 Waverley Broadside: By gillfoto, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=62364742 CC BY-SA 2.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0: Ninja show: By John Gillespie – https://flic.kr/p/bXeckp, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=114553568 Waverley off: By Gareth James, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=117839208 Animation is created by Bright Side. —————————————————————————————- Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com Check our Bright Side podcast on Spotify and leave a positive review! https://open.spotify.com/show/0hUkPxD34jRLrMrJux4VxV Subscribe to Bright Side: https://goo.gl/rQTJZz —————————————————————————————- Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brightside Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/brightside.official TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@brightside.official?lang=en Stock materials (photos, footages and other): https://www.depositphotos.com https://www.shutterstock.com https://www.eastnews.ru —————————————————————————————- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.brightside.me

Some things seem huge or tiny to us, but we can never know their true size until we see them in comparison to something else. The blue whale has the largest heart compared to any living animal. Its heart is so big that a human could swim through its veins like tunnels. The tiniest animal heart belongs to fairyflies, and you'd need a microscope to see it. Using macro photography, we will see an object that looks like a deserted location from a fantasy novel, but in fact, it's just human cheeks. #brightside Animation is created by Bright Side.

If you like mysteries, this one is for you. An entire thriving Anasazi civilization that once lived in what is now the American Southwest disappeared without a trace! Scientists have analyzed tree rings and found out that the Anasazi population lived through a period of great drought. Researchers say these people left their homes with their belongings still in place. Ladles were left in ceramic bowls; granaries were full of supplies. It was as if they intended to return but never had the chance to come back. #brightside Credit: Cliff Palace: Tobi 87, CC BY-SA 4.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/, https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Cliff_Palace-Colorado-Mesa_Verde_NP.jpg Animation is created by Bright Side. —————————————————————————————- Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com Check our Bright Side podcast on Spotify and leave a positive review! https://open.spotify.com/show/0hUkPxD34jRLrMrJux4VxV Subscribe to Bright Side: https://goo.gl/rQTJZz —————————————————————————————- Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brightside Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/brightside.official TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@brightside.official?lang=en Stock materials (photos, footages and other): https://www.depositphotos.com https://www.shutterstock.com https://www.eastnews.ru —————————————————————————————- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.brightside.me
If you're planning a trip to Iceland, there are some important things you must know before you go. It doesn’t matter if you’re going there in May or January; you can expect all seasons in one trip or even one day. So you'll definitely need a waterproof and windproof outer layer. Definitely bring a reusable water bottle for the trip: you can refill it with tap water since it’s perfectly safe and healthy. Between June 15 and June 30, the Sun doesn't set until midnight, so you might want to pack a sleeping mask.
