See if you can let your breath do some of the heavy lifting today. Experiment. Learn to soften around hard edges. Practice softening in hard times. Can a rise of a breath guide you into a pose? With regular practice, I start to experience a feeling in which I am living in a body that is working for me, rather than against. Pro-tip: activate your breath – and let it do the work for you.
