For the voice inside that says you desire or need yoga but you just…can’t…get… your energy right to begin. I made this practice for those days. And believe me, I know there are many. This session begins with stabilizing and strengthening side-lying work. Then we will implement some of my favorite postures and breath for the spine, for the digestive organs, and for the nervous system. Start on empty; it’s okay! This session was made to help change your energetic state while getting you moving in a forward direction. You got this. Yoga works. 30-Minute Energizing Cardio Workout With Amanda Butler | POPSUGAR FITNESS



Get ready to challenge yourself with fitness trainer Amanda Butler, who will be leading this 30-minute energizing HIIT workout joined by Jimmy Robles and Ellie Aviles! This routine is completely bodyweight with a focus on the lower body. Expect to drop it into low squats to strengthen your booty, target your hamstrings with good mornings, and get breathless with ice skaters. Even though this workout is lower-body focused, Amanda includes push-ups so you can work on your strength to lift up your own bodyweight. Be sure to check in with yourself during the workout to see if you can go harder or faster or need to slow down. All you need is a mat to get started!
