You'll skip typical exercises like sit-ups and planks in favor of a flow style of movement that feels dance-like. Alton begins with a warmup that includes marches to wake up your stabilizing muscles, twists to turn on your obliques, and hip circles to "awaken, empower, and mobilize" your pelvis.
