Hey FB Family! It’s been a while since I checked in. I just wanted to see how you all are doing and let you know we’ve got a brand new Kelli and Daniel workout coming for you January 1st. We just finished filming it yesterday. It was a sweaty one. Question for you – Kelli and I have been really focusing on getting our good habits back (cleaning up our diet, regular exercise, regular walks, self care, etc.) and cutting out/down on our bad habits (eating too close to bedtime, too much tech, too much takeout or tv, etc). What have you all been working on (or want to work on) to improve your health or your life? It is never a bad time to start on improving your habits. Don't wait for January.
