Instead of wrestling with our past or tangling our thoughts in the unknown details of the future – this type of practice allows us to be disciplined about being present in the moment. When our awareness is grounded in the present, we are more likely to increase energy and feelings of well being and reduce stress response. Aka – anxiety. Unlock that inner wisdom.
