A few months ago Karly Sindy from Asheville, North Carolina ordered a vanity license plate with “FART” on it and much to her surprise the DMV approved this plate. Then last week, the DMV contacted her saying they had received a complaint about the license plate and told her they might have to revoke it. Which would be tragic.
