Penny stocks are universally hated. Most people think they’re scams; you can’t make money trading them. Personally I think this is one of the biggest cons when trading penny stocks: you will probably be hated because people are misinformed. But as with anything, there are pros and cons to trading penny stocks. Watch to learn what they are! Penny stocks are the uncharted territory of Wall Street. One of the reasons there is so much opportunity in this niche is because most people on Wall Street look down on penny stocks and ignore them. It's not just that most of these penny stocks are scams, there’s a lot of manipulation and misinformation. You need to be aware of the negative stigma because it's not fun to be hated when you spend all your time at your job and you do it the right way and the good way but you're still hated. In fact, my first millionaire student started as one of my haters. He finally gave my lessons a serious chance and well, you know the end of the story. Some of the cons of trading: It makes you very cynical. You need to expect the worst. You can’t trust the companies. They lie to raise their stock price. There’s not as much money in penny stocks as Wall Street. (People trading penny stocks are not the smartest or richest) But there’s a pro to this: you’re competing against people who actually believe these penny stocks are the next Microsoft. Even with their poor reputation, I love trading penny stocks. I want to help you learn to trade these stocks to your advantage. That’s my biggest pro: teaching correct information and helping you. You’re not going to become a millionaire right away. It takes hard work and dedication.
