It’s super sad how short sellers are losing big time so far in 2020. I’m NOT taking pleasure in it. But suddenly, I’m getting all sorts of messages from short sellers who blew up their accounts. Now they’re reaching out because they want my guidance. I can’t pretend I have all the answers. But in my 20+ years of trading, I have learned a thing or two. For instance … you’ve got to focus on only short selling the right kinds of charts. Stay in your own lane. If you start listening to all the chatter, it can be very dangerous. A lot of these short-selling chat rooms are run by newbies. The problem? They don’t tell you everything. They don’t show you the fees, their losses, their account size, or their intraday risks. In short (pun intended) … short sellers are the new stock promoters from the days of penny stock pumps. Also, there are just too many short sellers right now. That’s creating short squeezes. In the video, I tell you why that’s important … and how you can avoid getting squeezed. Remember: a penny stock can still spike a lot, even if it’s a crappy company. I’ve even seen stocks jump from $5 to $120 in just a few days.
