Italy, just arriving at the airport in Venice. There’s classical music playing, futuristic escalators … this place is blowing my mind. And you won’t believe how I got here: by BOAT! Yep, in Venice, you can take a boat right to the airport. I’ve traveled around the world, and I’ve never done that before. How about you? I’m making this video to prove a point: there are tons of incredible things out there in the world to see and learn. What might happen if you open yourself up to the many opportunities and experiences out there? I’m fascinated by technology, convenience, innovation, and education. I’m fascinated just to be alive! I also want to bring up this important point: life isn’t about money. It’s not about Lambos or amassing tons of stuff. It’s not about picking a point, achieving that goal, and then calling it a day. There will never be a point where you’re done. You should NEVER think that you know everything. First, that’s just not possible. And second, it closes you off to so many important experiences. So I invite you to go ahead and blow your own mind. Do it all the time! Today, taking a boat to an incredible airport did that for me. For you, it might be different. But there are opportunities to be amazed and to explore the world all the time. Are you taking advantage of them? As you probably already guessed … this isn’t a technical trading lesson. But it’s an important life lesson. And yes, the two go hand in hand. One of the most important life lessons that I’ve learned: you gotta keep on learning. You gotta stay open to learning more. That doesn’t mean you should just trust everyone and everything in the world. As a trader, it’s so important to watch out for fakes and newbies who do things like posting screenshots of ‘big wins’ then say they’ve got a killer method for fast money. It’s probably not true … and why don’t they show every trade? I also explain why it’s so important to be humble, even when you find success. Don’t miss my story about messing up throwing the first pitch at a Dodgers game — all because I got too cocky! 💰 Where do you want to be in 5, 10, or 15 years, and how can trading help get you there? Unrelated but still important: tell me what you think of the haircut I got in Venice! ✂️ ✅ Follow Tim Sykes and his trading travels: Instagram: https://bit.ly/1Remh9f
